Refund policy

If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us immediately via email with a picture of the damage, including packaging. All items must be returned within 14 working days.

Although we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind we may be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for your item to be returned, it must be in an unused and saleable condition, with all packaging still intact.

Please note that any courier costs that are related to the return are at the expense of the customer. We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number.

Sale items are non returnable
